Florida Beach Homes – Why Buy a House Somewhere Else?

To be honest, I’m not really sure why someone would want to buy a house somewhere else after discovering all the amazing Florida beach homes that are available these days. If you are really serious about living the life of your dreams, having the house that will be suitable for all your needs is extremely necessary. For some, living in a mobile home is fine as long as they are able to spend most of their time on the beach. Others simply don’t get why they should go lower than those huge luxury mansions which are available in counties like Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando and many others. People always liked big kind of homes and they want to have them now as well. I had the chance to live in Florida, Sarasota for the last ten years of my life and to be honest, even if I would have been offered the chance to live in a skyscraper in the center of US somewhere I wouldn’t accept it. I love Florida and I guess that the sunshine state loves me as well. I don’t see any reason for us stop being together as long as we are handling everything fine. The white sandy beaches look so attractive to me that I can’t imagine my life without them. I have been recently asked by one of my readers how come so many Americans become residents of Florida in the last five years. The reasons is pretty simple: it looks like more and more people are attracted to the idea of living the rest of their life in a nice expensive house somewhere on the sunny beaches of the southern US, without having to think about anything else than just having fun and spending their well deserved retirement in peace.

I had the unfortunate occasion to sell my Florida beach home when I didn’t actually want to do it. I had to, due to the recession, due to the lack of money, due to the fact that I had to save my father who was in the hospital at that time and needed support for a pretty serious surgery. You know, one can get a really nice sum when selling a house next to one of the famous Florida beaches. I believe that if you one acquires such a real estate property you can be sure that by selling it almost all possible existing financial problems will be immediately solved. I’m not saying that your mobile home can be of such great help, but there are ways to profit from your luxury home investment that you did some time before the prices went up. I have been dealing with many generations of real estate agents in Florida. I had the chance to know one guys back in the 90s that could probably sell you any beachfront property even if you didn’t even thought about buying it. He was the one to push me a Florida house on the beach, but to be honest, I never regretted that decision. In comparison with most sales people, the guy attentively studied all your needs and besides just partially forcing you to take a decision and help yourself, he was always willing to provide enough real estate help so that people would feel their dreams accomplished the very moment they move into their new house. It seems that good people still remained on this planet as well.

Nevertheless, after spending so much time in Florida, after writing and talking so much about this amazing place, after researching the real estate market in certain counties of the sunshine state, I really don’t see any serious reasons for someone to search for other home investment options across US. If you like the ocean and the white sandy beaches, if you like the fresh morning breeze, the romantic sunsets and the dolphins you need to remain here in Florida. There are too many important things that you wouldn’t be able to take advantage of in some other place. However, I don’t claim that you should hurry in making your decision. You need to be very attentive and to take advantage of everything whenever possible.
